At German Shepherd Rescue & Adoptions, we are committed to transparency with our donors and adopters about how we receive and use our funds. Below, you’ll find links to our financial information, and our tax-exempt certification.

As an all-volunteer organization, we have minimal administrative expenses and no paid staff. Nearly all of our funds go directly toward caring for the dogs.

A small portion of expenses—such as accounting fees for tax filings, paper, postage, and web and database hosting —is necessary to keep the rescue running. However, these costs are never covered by public donations. Instead, they are paid through adoption fees or directly by our volunteers.

Every dollar of donated funds goes exclusively toward the care of our GSDs, primarily for veterinary care, medications, and food (though many foster parents generously cover food costs themselves).
