I'm not quite ready to go to my new home.

Hi! My Name Is Tripp

I'm in the Recovery Room - I'll Be Available Soon

Meet Tripp – The Three-Legged Tornado of Joy!

Don’t let the missing leg fool you—Tripp is fast, fun, and full of life! This silly, social pup came into rescue after being hit by a car. An emergency vet team helped stabilize him and reached out to us. His leg couldn’t be saved, but Tripp hasn’t let that slow him down one bit.

He’s your classic young German Shepherd: intelligent, eager, energetic—and definitely mouthy. Tripp is not suited for homes with small children, but he’s great with the small dogs and cats in his foster home (as long as they don’t mind a very playful puppy trying to engage them in games).

Crate trained and already showing signs of being housebroken, Tripp is ready to keep learning. He’ll thrive in a home that understands shepherds, loves training, and has the time and patience for a spirited young dog with a big personality and a slightly smaller footprint.

If you’re up for adventure and looking for a loyal, three-legged shadow with endless energy, Tripp might just be the perfect match.

NOTE: GSRA has a policy of not placing puppies under one year of age in homes with children under the age of 8.
