I've found my furever family!

SOPHIE ~9 1/2 years old. Good older considerate children and dogs. Cats TBD.GSRA Adopts to residents of VA NC and SC only.Hello World meet the lovely beautiful amazing Sophie!!! She has been a well-loved pet her whole life and it totally shows! She is very gentle and loyal and loves to be in a room with her humans but doesn't cling. Sophie love to take walks and is great on a leash. She has very good manners will make someone the perfect dog. She doesn't beg get on the furniture get in the trash no chewing up shoes etc. She has just the right amount of energy not too little and not too much. She loves people but does like her own space too. In great health. She is a kind dog...super-refined!Sophie is definitely a family dog she loves her humans. She would be great in a home with older considerate children that treat her respectfully. She's not a fan of kids being right in her face. Sophie has a wonderful temperament for seniors but she does like to 'herd' so maybe not someone who is frail.Sophie is an independent girl that does like her space so if you are looking for shadow that will curl up on the couch with you she's probably not the dog for you. But if you want to share your space with an amazing dog then Sophie may be the one:-)
