We adopted Scarlett from the animal shelter at approximately 10 months old knowing nothing about her. Due to the scar on her snout, I can only assume she was mistreated at some point. Despite this, Scarlett is a super sweet girl whole loves people. She's super smart- has graduated basic obedience- and knows sit, down, wait, place (her crate), and sometimes leave it- when she feels like it! She's extremely treat motivated and would thrive in an environment where she is being challenged. She loves other dogs, has been great with kids (though she can sometimes be a little too rambunctious so older kids may be best), and has shown an interest in our cats but hasn't tried to hurt them. She does still have a lot of puppy tendencies and is a big chewer, so lots of fun toys would be great. The only reason I am rehoming her is because my situation has changed and I simply do not have the time to give her that she deserves. She would do best with a very active household and/or lots of room to play and run. She loves being outside. I'm happy to answer any questions you may have!
