RUMOR ~4.5 years old. Good with older considerate children. Dogs TBD. Not good with cats.GSRA adopts to VA NC and SC residents only.Hello there! My name is Rumor and I am a sweet goofy and energetic girl looking for my forever family. I am a big and healthy girl that is approx 4 1/2 years old and weighing in at approx 81-90 Pounds. As you can see from my pictures I have a gorgeous black and silver coat which is very distinctive and unusual if I do say so myself.I am a very friendly girl and love all people. Men women children it doesn't matter I just get very excited when I see new people. Sometimes I get a little too excited and want to jump up on you and give you a hug. Foster Mom says this is unacceptable and I need to learn to curb my enthusiasm. I am working on this!!I am looking for someone who will spend a lot of time with me and is willing to play ball or stick with me at least a couple times a day. I absolutely love chasing the ball or the stick and I will happily bring it back if you have another one ready to throw! I'm a very smart girl and very food motivated. I know 'Sit' very well and I'm working on 'Down'. (I seem to have a better understanding of these commands when food is involved! LOL). I am crate trained and ride well in the car and absolutely love attention. I will happily rollover for belly rubs once I get to know you. From foster mom:Rumor is an exceptionally sweet girl that is eager to please and always wanting to be engaged with her people. She has a natural curiosity and thinks that anything is potential toy! Rumor loves soft things and has been known to grab dishtowels socks freshly folded laundry etc. This is something we are working on. Rumor is super smart and eager to learn and given the proper guidance can be the amazing girl we know she is.Rumor tends to have an overbearing personality when around other dogs so it's probably best suited she is an only pet. She has a considerable prey drive so a cat free home is a must and a fenced yard is preferred.
