I've found my furever family!

~ 6 months old. Good with older considerate children and dogs. Cats TBD. Needs companion animal.Ruby came to GSRA at 3 months old from a shelter with her two sisters. Although all three were a bit shy Ruby was by far the shyest. It took her months to feel comfortable near humans but luckily she has great foster siblings to comfort her and show her the ropes&hellip don't let that fool you&hellip she is still a smarty pants! She has been house trained since she arrived and once she started trusting her foster momma & learning commands by watching the other dogs she had no problem sitting for a cookie!Ruby earned herself the nickname &ldquoHoudini&rdquo as she can magically sneak toys away from foster siblings hide and not be found until she wants to be (the word &ldquocookie&rdquo works for that!) and somehow manages to get through two doggie gates and a door just to &ldquocheck on&rdquo mommies shoes. Ruby also loves to dig and dig and dig&hellip when others are chewing on their rawhide Ruby is in the back yard burying hers&hellip after all she knows she can magically take one of her siblings! Occasionally she finds &ldquopresents&rdquo in the yard to bring to momma &ndash her favorite being the dead mouse she left right on momma's spot of the bed earning her the nickname &ldquomouser&rdquo.Ruby has stopped growing at about 21-30 Pounds but is all GSD - smart protective and just as sweet as she can be.
