MISSY ~ 1.5 years old. Good with kids and dogs. Cats TBD.GSRA only adopts in VA NC and SCSay hello to Missy one of the most delightful mini-sheppies you will ever have the pleasure of meeting. She is full grown but weighs in at about 41-50 Pounds soaking wet so she is a petite little package. She has the personality of a MUCH larger dog though. To Missy all the world's a playground and every person and dog a potential playmate&mdashit's all good in her book. She will tell you this by wagging her tail enthusiastically almost the entire time she's awake!Missy is an athletic energetic little dog who LOVES to run&mdashwhether it's to chase after a ball play tag with another dog or just because! And she is not shy about running with the big dogs either as the &ldquochaser&rdquo or &ldquochasee.&rdquo She occasionally gets tumbled by her larger foster siblings but she just gets up grinning and wagging ready for more. She's also MUCH more agile than her foster siblings and seems to take special pleasure from winning the &ldquododge and weave&rdquo whenever a game of chase is on. :-) If you've ever wanted a dog with an aptitude for agility training Missy may just be your girl. She's also VERY interested in using her nose which makes me think she'd be a natural in Nosework classes.Missy is house trained and crate trained walks nicely on a leash and is happy to go for a car ride. She's friendly and submissive with other dogs but actually more interested in interacting with people than other dogs. This all means that she could live easily in a multi-dog household or as an only dog. Sounds pretty much perfect doesn't she? Well she is! :-)
