I've found my furever family!

~3 years old. Good with dogs. Kids and cats TBD.Hello!! Mr Remington checking in! I am a very handsome 3 year old who is in search of a family of my very own. Let me tell you a bit about myself! I was found as a stray and taken to a small shelter. I had an injury to my foot (I was missing half of one of my toes) and had a big chunk of hair growing out of my eye which was quite uncomfortable. When the volunteer came to look at me I made sure I was extra sweet and gentle. Then the great news came I was welcomed into a rescue and what a blessing that was. I have been all "tuned-up" by the vet and had surgery to fix my eye...it was a condition known as a dermoid cyst....now my eye is fine!! My paw has healed up although the one toe is obviously a bit shorter than the rest. Just call me Stumpy...I don't mind!!Life is good now!! I have adjusted well to being in a foster home. I am calm in the house and very well behaved. I am a quite boy too...I do not bark very much at all. I am content to have some attention and a good petting. I am a friendly respectful and gentle boy I like people and tend to be a bit submissive. I will happily greet you and put my head down and wag my tail. I just want to be loved and accepted!! I have several other dogs as housemates and I do fine with them. I want to be friends with all. If they want to play that is grand if not I give them their space. I am very easy to get along with!I have very good manners too. I am crate trained and ride well in the car! I am quite curious about the kitchen and will try and get you to share your meals with me. I will come over and look at you with my soulful eyes. Foster mom doesn't fall for it but hey it doesn't hurt to try! So what do you think??
