I've found my furever family!

POTATO - Born February 2021. Good with older children and dogs. Cats TBD.GSRA adopts to residents of VA NC and SC only. Who couldbe so lazy independent tender and fearless all at the the same time? Meet Potato. Potato is fierce and darling. Potato is the smallest of her nine litter-mates but she's the boss. She does not suffer fools but she also demands multiple naps. Potato does not give snuggles away willy-nilly but when you get them they are...epic. Potato loves to gnaw at the trunks of fig trees eat leaves nibble on human fingers and bark at multiple 70lb Belgian Malinoises. Potato loves being outside in the sun and exploring her foster yard. She has tried to accidentally escape a few times but a few well-placed concrete pavers has shored up any chance for her to sneak behind the fence.Potato is an incredibly curious and sweet girl who has taken to her foster canine siblings (two Malinoises and a Weimeraner) and foster humans. She just gets what it means to be a dog and a really good one at that! She's crushing house-training naps peacefully in her crate and loves to battle her brother and litter-mate Jeff (who she almost always dominates even though he's twice her size.) Potato is not for just anyone. Or better put you won't choose Potato Potato will choose you if she feels like it.PLEASE NOTE: It is GSRA policy that we do not adopt dogs under the age of 1 year to families with children under the age of 8 years old.
