Ozark (Ozzy) responds to Sit, Shake, Come/Touch, Leave it, Spin and Gentle (when taking treats). He does NOT get on furniture, chew anything but his toys or get into things when unattended. Ozark would much rather run to catch frisbees than leash walk, although he does take walks with us. A fenced yard or pasture is a must. He is easily contained by a 4ft fence. We think he would enjoy having another dog to run and play with. Ozark's biggest quirk is that he startles easily. Some examples are sudden movements, loud noises, velcro, vacuum, card shuffling and the broom. This is more evident when home with just the 2 of us. He is great with our grandchildren, and isn't bothered by the constant flow of people coming in and out of their home. With a bit of guidance, Ozark would adjust to his new environment whatever that may be.
