I've found my furever family!

MURPHY ~9 months old. Good with older considerate children dogs and cats.GSRA adopts to residents of VA NC and SC onlyMurphy's a very wiggly happy playful boy full of puppy energy. He's good with large and small dogs he's very respectful of dogs who don't want to play with him. He also previously lived with cats but without another dog in the home he will chase the cats to try to get them to play with him. He's a good car rider a decent leash walker - he loves to carry a stick during his walk and is learning to settle in his crate although it's not his favorite place to be. Murphy loves to run with his foster siblings and tolerates their more dominant personalities well but will let them know when he's had enough of their chompy play style. He would do best with a fenced yard or large property to run in (he doesn't appear to have a high prey drive). He needs a playmate. He's a high energy boy who will need outlets to burn off steam so he doesn't find his own entertainment. If you think he sounds like a perfect boy you'd be right!! The only thing Murphy cannot have in his forever home are small children. If you're looking for a buddy to exercise with and then curl up on the couch for a movie and popcorn then Murphy's the guy for you.It is GSRA policy that we do not adopt dogs under the age of 1 year to families with children under the age of 8 years old.
