MAKO ~ 4 months old. Good with older considerate children and dogs. Cats TBD. Needs a companion animal.GSRA Adopts to residents of VA NC and SC onlyMako is a positively adorable gsd puppy. He was picked up as a stray and surprisingly nobody came looking for him. Mako is approx 4-5 months old. He is about 21-30 Pounds (as of July 9) but since he is a puppy that number is changing every day!! He has a beautiful black and cream coat and is a bit on the fluffy side especially around his ears. We believe he is a plush coat.Mako was shy and unsure of things a couple of weeks ago but being in a foster home with several other dogs has done wonders for him. He is now a confident outgoing playful and friendly little puppy. Mako is a typical puppy...he loves to run and play and everything is interesting. He is quite exuberant especially when it comes to food....he loves food. He needs a family that will spend time training him and allowing him to develop into a well balanced adult! He is a typical puppy and is starting to teeth. Everything is a potential toy for him and he is curious about everything. Mako is crate trained and does pretty well when crated (when he is not being supervised). Mako is a pretty smart puppy. He is mostly housebroken and will eliminate quickly when he is outside. Since he is a puppy he needs to go out more frequentlyMako LOVES other dogs and loves to play. He takes correction from other dogs quite well. He is very affectionate with people and will shower you with kisses and is eager to get attention.Mako is a total delight! He is sure to be quite popular. He is a wonderful example of the breed and is going to make one lucky family very happyIt is GSRA policy that we do not adopt dogs under the age of 1 year to families with children under the age of 8 years old.
