I've found my furever family!

LUCCA ~5-7 years old. Good with large dogs. Kids cats and small dogs TBD.GSRA only adopts to residents of VA NC and SCHere she is....sweet Lucca. That's how she's known around her foster home. I'll bet the same could be said during her time at the animal shelter. This girl made such an impression on the volunteers at the animal shelter they paid for her adoption fee bought her a new collar and a new leash and paid for her heartworm testing before she came into GSRA. Now that's making an impression!Lucca was found as a stray and was cared for by the volunteers & staff of the Onslow County NC shelter ECU pirate fan Camp Lejune Marine supporter and vinegar based bbq sauce devotee. Nothing is known about her life before GSRA but her future is stellar!She is estimated to be between five and seven years old already spayed and heartworm free. She knows the commands sit and down crate trained housebroken decent leash walker likes the water gets along with her canine siblings she's alert gentle super car rider likes to cuddle. I typically do not allow my dogs on the furniture but Lucca has eased me into lying on my feet as I lie on the sofa.....and I like it. She doesn't get on the furniture unless she is invited. She has a dog bed and sleeps through the night.Lucca would do well with another dog in the home or as an only dog with owners who are home frequently
