I've found my furever family!

~6 years old. Good with large dogs. Kids and cats TBD. Not good with small dogs.Kodah is a gorgeous solid black girl about 6 years old. She has a sweet easy going temperament really just wants to be loved and petted. She was an owner surrender to a shelter. Kodah has a nice stocky European barrel body look to her she weighs about 75lbs although needs another 10lbs or so. She does fine with other large dogs but seems to be overly" interested in small dogs cats and squirrels. She does well in the house when she is on a feeding and walking routine. She is currently learning general obedience commands and will need some continued obedience training. Update from Kodah: 8/29/12 Well I have been in the Rescue since the beginning of May and I have proven that I am an absolute sweetheart. I pretty much want to be by your side and cuddle as much as you will let me! I love a good chew toy and will spend hours with a Kong or Ball or Bone. Please don't call me skinny! I HATE that. I'm lean! I eat like a champ and I just am lucky enough to have a high metabolism so don't be jealous. Since being with my amazing Foster Dad and Brother I have learned to sit while I wait on my breakfast and dinner to be served and to sit and wait until I am told it's ok to walk outside. Admittedly I sometimes get a little excited and have a hard time controlling my enthusiasm but I think that's what makes me so darn cute but a quick correction and I go back to sitting like a good girl. I can't wait to meet my forever family."
