Meet Jessie!
This gorgeous 7-year-old German Shepherd girl came into our care after her beloved owner had to make one of the hardest decisions a pet parent can face... surrendering her due to illness. We reached out to let him know Jessie is in good hands, and he is so happy to hear it. That kind of love? It speaks volumes about the sweet girl she is.
And sweet she absolutely is. Jessie is a total people lover, the kind of dog who just melts your heart the moment you meet her. She's gentle, affectionate, and just wants to be with her humans.
Jessie did have a tail injury that required surgery, but she came through like a champ and is now rocking the most adorable little bunny tail you've ever seen. It suits her perfectly... small, cute, and full of personality, just like her!
