I've found my furever family!

JACKIE ~6 years old. Good with kids and dogs. Cats TBD. Apartment appropriate. Heat sensitive.GSRA Adopts in NC SC & VA ONLYJackie! Think Jacqueline Bouvier Kennedy Onassis...this dog is quite a proper lady. Tough to imagine Jackie as a stray because she is so refined. You really could never tell that she may have had a hard go of it earlier in life -- this dog is full of love trust and appreciation. Jackie has great house-manners. She does well in her crate and she is house-broken / potty-trained. She is not a barker at all. She will vocalize a little if she feels left out but you would never leave her out of anything because she is such a good dog.Jackie is living in our home sharing her space and time with a male GSD Grey who is old and mellow. Jackie fits right in. She loves nothing more than taking a nap under a ceiling fan. She does not require hours and hours of exercise but when you take her for walks she is great on the leash. She has met dozens of people all ages and sizes and she does well at each meeting...just needs the common-sense type of introductions (don't get her wound up keep your voice calm no rough-housing the second you meet her etc). People will want to meet her too...she turns heads...she is that pretty!She is underweight for the moment. Under that hair is thin little doggie! We are fattening her up and every day she eats more and more.
