IZABELLA ~3-4 months old. Good with older considerate children and dogs. Cats TBD. Needs a companion animal.GSRA adopts to resident of VA NC and SC onlyHi my name is Izabella with a zzz because I'm busy as a bee. Me my mommy and brothers and sisters were taken to the shelter and all of them were adopted except for me - well I was adopted but my new family decided I had too much energy and took me right back to the shelter! I couldn't help it I was so happy to have a family of my own and my own yard. I was just trying to show them I was excited to live with them. So I patiently waited again the shelter people were very nice and took good care of me but they knew a loud scary place is not good for a baby so they contacted gsra and they came and got me and promised I wouldn't ever have to go back to the shelter. Enough of my sad past - I'm a girl who lives in the present. I LOVE people and have been learning to live with dogs of all different sizes I even leave the old grouchy ones alone because for some reason they do not want to play with me. My foster mom says this time I get to help choose my forever family - I'm so excited and promise to be the best little girl. I just want a yard to play in and a friend to chase and wrestle with. If you think that the best things come in small packages well I am the girl for you come meet me soon.Izabella's Foster:Izabella is a fun loving girl who will most likely be a medium sized dog when full grown. She is very smart and food motivated. She is 3 1/2 months old likes to play ball run and explore. She has lived with other puppies adult female gsd and adult small dogs. She very quickly learns which dogs will play with her and leaves the others alone. She is a big snuggler and will happily curl up in your lap for a nap. She sleeps through the night and is learning to rest quietly in her crate. She walks well on leash and is a good car rider. She isn't quite potty trained yet but is doing well and potties each time she goes out you just have to remind her to go before she forgets in her excitement of playing. She would do best in a home with a playful male/female dog or regular play dates/day care. She is young enough to live with cats as long as there is a dog to play with too. Izabella is a constant source of amusement and entertainment. She knows the &lsquosit' command and is practicing the &lsquodown' and &lsquowait' commands too. Be prepared for this little cutie to quickly steal your heart. She's a feisty girl who is ready to join you on your next adventure.PLEASE NOTE: GSRA does not adopt dogs under the age of 1 year to families with children under the age of 8 years.
