ANAKIN ~ 5 months old. Good with dogs cats and older considerate kids.GSRA adopts to residents of VA NC and SC only.Hello! Since it's been a couple months and because I've learned a few things I've decided to update my profile. Both of my ears are standing up now so I'm pretty sure I'm not a puppy anymore. (Note from the foster: He is still a puppy!) I still love to play rough so I'm going to need a companion dog that also plays rough. (Another note from the foster: Anakin needs a fenced yard.)I no longer touch the garbage can - I know that's a no-no. But I will give it a really good smell as I walked by. I'll leave your shoes alone and I have no interest in your smelly old socks. I know what toys are mine and I love chewing but in your house you might have to help me understand which toy is mine which toy is yours. I've decided that cats are more fun than I originally thought so I need to live in a house without the little furballs. But I'm still Anakin!I'm very good when I'm out of my crate now. I will find a little place on the floor and curl up and watch you. I have learned how to stay when you tell me too and I walk pretty well on a leash. I still don't like other dogs coming by when I have food or toys in my crate but as long as you keep them away I'm a good boy. I eat my food really really fast so the mean human I'm living with now makes me eat out of one of those slow-eating bowls. And just so you know I can sit in a circle with the other dogs and I will wait my turn to get my treat. It's only when I'm in my crate that I don't like them around my food.So how about it? I've grown up a lot in the last two months and I'm still looking for a home. Are you ready? I am and I'm Anakin! Oh one more thing: if you want to change my name to Darth that would be pretty awesome! PLEASE NOTE: It is GSRA policy that we do not adopt dogs under the age of 1 year to families with children under the age of 8 years old.
