I've found my furever family!

(~1 year old Good with kids dogs and cats)Caroline is NOT your typical &ldquoShelter Rescue dog&rdquo. Caroline had been given to a Disabled Veteran and his family. Caroline attached to his wife rather quickly but they were unable to care for her so they called another rescue who then called us. She attaches easily and because of that would best fit with a home where she is not left alone most of the day. She LOVES to be near her humans and would really LOVE it if there was someone who didn't work outside the home or someone who might have a job for her. Caroline loves to play is always sniffing and tracking (me mostly). She is a sweet girl who is shy at first meeting but warms up quickly. She does well with her foster sisters cats and children. She needs a strong leader with plenty of solid GSD experience to help her gain her confidence and to become the awesome dog she is destined to become.My name is Caroline (fka Fraulein) and my foster mommy says I am a sweet girl. I am a shy girl when I first meet people but I adjust quickly with some walkies. I am housetrained crate trained and a very well behaved 1 yr old. I get along great with my foster sisters and love to play with the youngest of them. The older one doesn't like to play so I leave her alone. I am good with kids I have been around a 4yr old with Autism all the way to a 18yr old. Mommy says she is proud of me as I did great with the little girl with Autism. When I come out of my crate either after a nights sleep or when mommy comes home from the store she says I am exuberant (I think that means I am full of energy and happy to see her). I love to play fetch with my red ball I love treats and mommy thinks I'd be good at Agility (I'm not sure what that is but I can jump over the couch and I like to jump off the stairs on the back deck) and staying close to mommy. I am working on my manners though sometimes I need a gentle reminder. Mommy thinks I'd be a good working doggie which sounds like fun if can I play with the red ball when we are done!!I like meeting people though sometimes when too many people come into the house I like to go to my crate and collect myself before I am ready to say hello but it doesn't take me too long.I heard the nice man talking with my mommy that I have LOTS of potential and that I should continue to be socialised I even got to go to the beach to meet my foster grandparents and their doggies. I ride very well in the car. I will ride in the back seat or in the doggie area of the SUV nicely.
