Meet Batman – Your Next Caped (and Cuddly) Crusader!
This little hero in training is Batman, a stunning 10 week old solid black German Shepherd puppy with ears that are already standing tall and proud, just like the superhero he’s named after. Batman was recently surrendered along with his beautiful bicolor mom, but he's not letting that slow him down.
Batman is everything you'd expect from a healthy young pup: bouncy, wiggly, full of tail wags, and ready to turn every moment into playtime. When he was first let out of his kennel, he burst out in a flurry of joy, treating every new experience and person like a brand new game. His shiny coat and bright eyes reflect just how healthy and well adjusted he seems so far.
While he hasn’t been tested with food or toys yet (he’s still figuring out the world), Batman loves being handled and has shown no fear or hesitation with people. He hasn’t had the chance to meet other dogs yet, but given his age and background, he’s at the perfect stage to be socialized with other friendly pups. He’s currently being kept in a quieter area to avoid exposure to illness, but there’s no indication of any issues with other animals just yet.
Batman doesn’t know any commands yet, but he’s a smart little guy who’s eager to learn. All he needs is a family or foster who’s ready to show him the ropes. A home with a fenced yard, time to train, and maybe even a few confident doggy friends would be ideal to help him grow into the amazing shepherd he’s meant to be.
