BANDIT ~3 months old. Good with dogs and cats. Kids TBD. GSRA Adopts to residents of VA NC and SC only.Hi I'm Bandit! I'm a 3-month-old male GSD puppy. I was found as a stray at 2-months. So far I look like a purebred GSD but I may have a little something else in there. I'm a little shy in a new setting around new people and dogs but I warm up fast. Once I'm comfortable I follow my people around like a shadow.I get along well with my foster brothers and sister 2 full-grown GSD males and a 10-pound female. I love to run and play in the yard with them I find lots of stick to carry around and chew on. We have a cat too but other than sniffing where she's been I'm not really interested. I haven't learned to walk on a leash yet but I have learned to sit for a treat or for my food bowl. After a long afternoon playing I love to cuddle up on the sofa with my people.I'm house and crate trained and get in my crate for a treat. I'm a really good sleeper I sleep through the night for 8 to 9 hours. I'm very smart and will need a family that is familiar with German Shepherds and is willing to put in some time training. I would do well with a companion animal since I love to play but with enough human interaction I would be okay as an only dog.I can't wait to find my family and start settling in!PLEASE NOTE: It is GSRA policy that we do not adopt dogs under the age of 1 year to families with children under the age of 8 years old.
