I've found my furever family!

AVERY ~ 1 1/2 years old. Good with older considerate children and dogs. Cats TBD. Apartment appropriate. GSRA adopts to residents of VA NC and SC only. Avery came to GSRA as an owner surrender after he and his sister kept escaping an electric fence. Don't get me started on all the things that are wrong with that picture! Avery is very friendly and affectionate. He is house and crate trained and likes to lay in the crate with the door open:) Avery also rides well in the car. He is playful however is happy to chill out and watch TV with his foster family. Avery would be fine as an only dog but would also do well with an animal companion. He knows some commands and is an eager quick learner. He at times does not know a person or dogs personal space but corrects easily. Avery would benefit from professional training to help him be the best dog he can be! He is cautious with new people but warms up quickly. He is friendly with dogs and older considerate children. Cats TBD. He has a fractured tooth that will be getting looked at and taken care of if the vet recommends treatment at this time . Does this little cutie sound like he could fit into your home?
