Daisy is an adorable Shepherd mix pup who is ready for the life she deserves. Her veterinarian believes she is likely a mix of Shepherd, Malinois, and a smaller breed.
Daisy was adopted at just 3 months old, but when her family’s circumstances changed, her situation changed dramatically. For the past four months, she has spent much of her time outside—often more than 11 hours a day and overnight as well—in a fenced area with hazardous debris and no shelter.
Despite this, Daisy remains amazingly hopeful and sweet. She is eager to please, very smart, and appears to be highly trainable. No aggressive tendencies have been observed. Like many young dogs who haven't had the opportunity for training or appropriate socialization, Daisy gets very excited when people give her attention and tends to jump up to greet them.
Daisy is fully vetted, healthy, and recently had her Bordetella vaccine and a negative fecal exam.
What Daisy needs most is a fresh start with someone who can give her the attention, love, training, exercise, and safe home she has been missing. She has made it through a difficult first few months with a remarkably positive spirit, and she is more than ready to start the next chapter of her life.
Daisy has so much potential—and she is ready for someone to help her discover it.
