Meet Ellie, a sweet, loving two year old German shepherd. She knows her basic training like sit and down but can use a refresher course on leash manners. She’s a very smart girl and loves other dogs and people. She looks forward to her daily play time with her doggie buddies. As much as she love play time with her furry friends, she loves to be right next to her humans. She will even take a nap with them, she loves to snuggle. Ellie does well with older children but can be very enthusiastic so no children under 16 years old. She is not a fan of cats, so no cats, she will run and chase them. Ellie would love an experienced dog owner who wants to have adventures. She would love a male doggie companion, but can be happy as an only dog if they are active. Ellie is spayed and up to date on vaccines, on monthly heart worm and flea and tick medication. She is located in Wilmington and there is an adoption fee.
