I've found my furever family!

(3-4 years old) Good with dogs cats and older considerate children.Are you looking for a sweet fluffy and cuddly friend?? If so let me introduce you to Calliopee or Calli for short. Calli is a beautiful black and cream plush coat German Shepherd. It is estimated that she is about 3-4 years old. She has beautiful amber colored eyes and the most gentle expression. Calli came to us from a shelter so we do not know anything about her past. Calli is quite shy and timid when meeting new people but bonds quickly after a couple of days. Once she trusts you she is very affectionate and attentive. She loves belly rubs and attention. Calli is also very calm in the house. She is content to find a comfortable spot to rest and just observe. If you call her over you are met with tail wags and showered with kisses!! Calli is still easily startled by loud noises. She is very reserved when she is exposed to new situations and is more likely to be still and observe until she gets comfortable. I cannot say enough good things about this dog...she is just an absolute sweetheart!! Calli is good with most dogs. She gets along with everyone as long as they are not too pushy with her or trying to jump on top of her. She will play with most of them and is also very respectful. She would be great with another middle aged dog or a young dog that will respect her as well. (She is currently living with several other shepherds). Calli does not seem to have any interest in cats either. Calli is housebroken and crate trained. She has not exhibited any destructive behaviors. She also rides well in the car...she may whine for the first few minutes but settles down quickly. Calli is extremely food motivated and loves treats!! Calli is unfortunately HW positive and still needs to go through treatment. Calli is going to be a great addition for some lucky family. Come meet Calli soon you won't be disappointed.
