I've found my furever family!

ROSIE ~2 years old. Good with dogs and cats. Kids TBD. Needs a companion animal.GSRA adopts to residents of VA NC and SC only. Rosie is a sweet intelligent gentle and shy girl who was picked up as a stray and found herself in the shelter. She came into the rescue and is now ready to find her forever home. Rosie is cautious when first meeting people but does love attention and belly rubs once she warms up to you. She has been living with cats and there have been no issues. Having another dog has been good for her as well. She does follow their lead with how to act in new situations and has helped her to learn to sit and wait and walk on a leash. Rosie does need some work with the leash but that but has improved a lot. She is house and crate trained. Rosie would do better in a quiet low-key house. If you are looking for a companion who enjoys walks in the woods and relaxing in the evening then Rosie is the girl for you!
