I've found my furever family!

ROSCOE ~1-2 years old. Good with large dogs. Kids TBD. Not good with cats or small dogs.GSRA Adopts to residents of VA NC or SC only.Hello! My name is Roscoe and I am a very fun boy in search of my forever family! I am a young and very energetic boy. I am between 1-2 years old. I am a striking bi-color with a short coat. (Quite handsome if I do say so myself!). I am a medium sized gsd and I weigh about 51-60 Pounds. Don't let my slightly smaller size fool you...I am very strong and very nimble!I am very eager to please my humans and will look at you with my big soulful eyes just hoping to gain your approval. I know how to "sit" on command and am working on "down". I am very food motivated and eager to learn. I will need someone who is willing to spend time training me with positive reinforcement to allow me to achieve my full potential. I enjoy attention and being petted too. I just adore my person!I have been to doggie daycare and it has been determined that I get along with medium and large dogs with proper introductions. I love to play but they tell me I am a bit lacking on social graces. I can play a bit rough and tumble and will need a companion that would not be offended by my enthusiasm. I would also do fine as an only dog.I am crate trained and ride well in the care for shorter rides. If it is over an hour or two I start to get a bit of stomach upset. Hopefully I will outgrow this!I have very high prey drive so any home that I go to cannot have small dogs or cats. If you have squirrels chipmunks moles or other small critters in your yard I will happily exterminate all of them if I can catch them.I would need a yard with privacy fence. I cannot get over a 6 foot privacy fence but I do jump high enough that foster mom feels I could clear a 4-5 foot chain link fence. I am a high energy dog and need the opportunity to run around and play (and chase squirrels and bugs) in order to be happy!So what do you think?
