I've found my furever family!

SCOUT ~11 months old. Good with dogs. Kids and cats TBD.GSRA adopts to residents of VA NC and SC only. This handsome fellow is also the mayor of the neighborhood and wants to meet and greet with everyone! He is a curious slightly cautious guy who enjoys walks and play dates with our furry neighbors. He loves to chase be chased and typical GSD wrestling.We are working on crate training he sleeps in it through the night and we're increasing time spent in while the humans are away. Being an inside dog is new to Scout but with a little structure and lots of treats is learning quickly. He is free roam in the house while we work but continue to monitor frequently to keep him out of trouble. We've learned some basic obedience but will need someone to continue working with him to ensure he's a perfect gentleman. Generally a good walker but since he's so social he does like to pull toward other dogs and we're working on those manners as well.Scout loves to hang close with his human pack seems to like men and women equally and likely good with older considerate children. Cats are TBD. He has a high prey drive and will likely chase if they run but may be able to learn to live with dog savvy cats.A playful companion would be nice but not a requirement if his forever family can spend time on walks and playing with him to get his energy out.
