~1 1/2 years old. Good with dogs. Kids and cats TBD. Needs at least a 6' fence. Update: Salt has completed her heartworm treatment and is back to chasing her foster sis CJ around the yard. She is smart and is beginning to understand that she cannot jump the fence and that she has to stay in her yard. She has gotten better with her manners when walking on a leash. We are still working on her separation anxiety she does not like to be left alone so she would do best with someone who is home a lot and is GSD savvy. Salt is very clever and active. After a good walk and some playing outside she will come into the house and settle nicely.Salt loves to give kisses and snuggle with you on the couch. So if you are looking for a love bug that can be trained easily (to do almost anything) Salt is the gal for you.Hey everyone let's welcome Salt to GSRA. She is a very polite young lady who will steal your seat on the couch if you aren't careful. We are unsure of her history in her short life just that she was took to the shelter twice before GSRA came to her rescue. Salt is a lover she adores her humans and will stay by your side all day. Salt likes to play ball and tug with her foster sisters and go for a swim in the pool. She does know the basics such as sit come down we are working on stay and walking on a leash. When out for a walk she is just curious about everything so be careful if she sees a butterfly she will take off after it. Like so many of our rescues she likes to counter surf and dumpster dive so keep your counters clean and trash put up. She corrects so easily as she is smart as a whip need to keep her active and give her something to do so she doesn't get bored.Again be careful when meeting Salt as she will take your heart with her looks and smarts.
