Baron
Baron has crossed the rainbow bridge. He earned the moniker of the Red Baron because of his “high-energy flying stunts”. He was full of energy and full of life. Other dogs have high prey-drives, Baron had a high play-drive. He was ingenious in his attempts to involve you in his play, like hiding his ball in a pair of shoes that he knows that you’re about to put on. But even if no willing playmate was around he would drop and swat the ball to kick start his merry escapades through the house. Probably smarter than most honor students that the car bumpers have been telling you about, Mr. B had an extraordinarily high bilingual vocabulary as well as a grasp of a multitude of hand commands. Beezer exuded joy. He found it playing catch in the hallway by himself. He found it standing a post on the back deck on rabbit patrol. Even the smallest of mundane activities were call for a boisterous celebration (unless it was late night ninja-time, and he knew the difference). A thousand years couldn’t repay the gift of love that this special soul bestowed upon those he touched. To have known him was to have loved him and vice versa. Last Wednesday, April 6th, complications from an Intestinal blockage set in quickly and took a beloved son, friend, and big brother far too soon. Baron, The Red Baron, Beezer, Beezeroni, Bubby B, Mr. B, Little Buddy, Enemy of squirrels and the noises outside, Lord and Master of all he surveyed, was one of a kind and will be missed greatly.

Kaiser
LIVE ON IN GLORY KAISER He was with us only 2.5 years, but it contained enough love for a lifetime. He was a canine mentor to Titan, class of 2013 also. He was friend to Nancy. He was an extension of my soul, sent to me as a conduit to and mirror of who we really are. He rescued me, anchored and secured my identity in a world so in flux that without him the sands of my self would always be shifting. When I was ill, he stood watch without having to be asked. When I needed peace, he would come to me, sit by my right side, lean into me as I put my arm around those powerful and wonderfully velvet soft shoulders and while I stroked that golden velvet on his deep thunder chamber chest, he would turn his head towards me, perhaps put it down on my leg and just watch tenderly, Nancy is Titan's human, I was and still am Kaiser's. He died last Saturday from hemangiosarcoma, in a trauma he did not deserve. But he had poured enough love into me so that I had just the right amount to share all of his jolting departure, all the way and then release him from the suffering. He never even whimpered. I see him standing in a beautiful garden, with my departed canine companions and friends, , just beyond a silver stream I cannot cross. He has an aura of radiant viitality, you can see the glow. The most beautiful angel stands beside him and I feel from him immense completion, joy and indescribable loving peace. The angel embraces Kaiser and attaches a golden cord between his heart and ours, then touches it reverently, and we know that we can continue to be one with Kaiser forever. His love gift, despite our inner waterfall of tears. gently warms our souls. And as I begin to move reluctantly back to this world I realize: in Kaiser we had been visited for 30 months by an angel of light and love.

Max
On Valentines day we lost our 12 1/2 year old German shepherd. He struggled with hip problems all his life, but was always a happy elder puppy. The last few months he suffered from a stroke, but was able to get around on his own again. He was able to go on walks again, shorter than usual, but still his favorite thing in the world. He has two younger brothers that are having a hard time adjusting with their older brother being gone. They have been stopping at all Max's usual spots on walks, and waiting for their brother to join them. He will be missed by his human & canine family. We know that he is no longer in pain, and has the hips of a puppy, where he can play and get to know his brother & sisters that pasted before his time. We love you Max!

Probie
Probie came into our lives as the result of an "Andrea Plea" for a foster. We offered to foster and knew after 1 day that he wasn't going anywhere else. Probie was the happiest dog I've ever known. He had a big smile on his face every day of his life even until the end. He developed a respiratory infection the week before Christmas then developed into an autoimmune response that he just couldn't recover from. He wasn't quite 7 when he left and that's way to young. I love you Probie boy and I miss you every day. RIP Sweet Boy 02/09/2009(approx.)-01/02/2016

Duchess
Our beloved Duchess came to us over 4 years ago from GSRA. Though we originally went to see a much younger GSD, it was this very special senior Duchess that we came across while visiting that stole our hearts. She was an immediate member of our family. Our home and yard became hers. She was always there to greet us when we came home; she went on all our vacations with us. We all miss her. She was the greatest dog in the world to us. It was an honor to hold her as she found peace at the end of her life. I can't wait to cross the Rainbow Bridge with her one day. She will hold a special place in my heart until that day. Good girl, Duch, we love you.
