You brought joy to our heart. You were a beautiful girl from the start. From chasing your football and your flashlight, you showed the innocence a good natured soul can bring. You made our life complete. You will never be replaced and your memory will remain. We think of you everyday. When we think of you, we think of inner peace and the happiness you always brought the family. Your quirky ways and your lazy days always put a smile on our face. You my dear, were the perfect soul and the greatest dog we ever owned. We will always love you and we miss you dearly. Thank you for sharing your life with us, Princess Radja Belle, the belle of the ball.

Rasmund- "Raz"
In April of 2010, my then boyfriend, now husband and I went to an adoption event hosted by this very organization- German Shepherd Rescue and Adoptions looking for a dog we could adopt and bring home. We found the perfect, most precious, loving, adorable, beautiful puppy ever. . . she just happened to already be 12 years old. This baby chose us, and our lives were better for her doing so. The second Raz saw Matt, she just laid down at his feet and peered up at him with her beautiful, soulful brown eyes. All three of us fell instantly in love. After going through the process to adopt her, we became a happy family of three, with Raz always the center of attention. We showered our precious girl with love, treats, more love, orthopedic dog beds, more love, arthritis and pain medication, belly rubs, more love, and really anything she needed to feel good in her golden years. In return, she showered us with unconditional love, sweet, slobbery kisses, a greeting at the door after work if she felt like getting up, or a paw in the air as we entered, waiting for her belly rub if she didn't feel like getting up. Our baby was the most loving, kind-hearted, precious creature on this planet, and Matt and I are truly better people for having had the pleasure of her love and company for the three plus years we were blessed with. Raz was an angel on Earth, and we absolutely loved her to pieces. . . the best part is that she loved us that much right back! Our baby girl left us last week, and the time we had together was entirely too short. However, Matt and I are happy because we know she is chasing rabbits in Heaven with fresh, renewed, strong legs, feeling a freedom to move she hasn't had in too long. We are happy that she is in a place where she feels no pain and is at peace, but we are truly devastated she is no longer with us. Her sweet puppy smile, the love we have for her, and our memories of her will always remain in our hearts.

Raven
My sweet sweet loving girl crossed the rainbow bridge peacefully at home in her big dog bed today. Raven was such a special girl and the most loving dog I have ever had. She was my little shadow and followed me everywhere making sure she could see me at all times. She did not ask for much except that she could always be near me. We were a team. She was gentle and kind with everyone she met but only had eyes for me. I have had a lot of German Shepherds in my life but she was truly a special angel. I will miss her loving gazes, the pitter patter of her paws, her love for yogurt and treats and our little short walks. Run free my baby girl to a world free of pain and know momma will always love you. Thank you Roo Roo for coming into my life and for being my best friend. I’m blessed to have known you and wait for me at the bridge because I will see you again.

Razor
Found in a grocery store parking lot, Razor became the Country Gentleman at our farm, welcoming guests and being an all around wonderful companion to me, but especially to my husband who walked with him everyday back in the woods.

,, You were my devoted partner for almost 12 years , dad will always remember you . My life revolved around you RC , and you lived for me . You gave me more than companionship , I love and miss you so much buddy . Some day we'll meet on rainbow bridge . No other will ever replace you RC , dad loves you . I saves a few toys of yours , the 'teddy bear' , the 'baby toy' ,, and of course , the green tennis ball . ,, I feel those ' kisses ' on my face , dad is always here for you ,
