Shay
Shay came to live with us back in October. He quickly took to his new home and family and wagged his way into our hearts. Despite his 90 lb size, he was very gentle, especially with our 6 year old son. He was a great companion and just wanted to be wherever we were. When we found out that he had terminal cancer, we were devastated. During the next few weeks, we continued to love and care for him and did everything we could to keep him comfortable. Almost four weeks after the diagnosis, we made the hardest decision any pet owner will make, knowing that he was not well. On March 1st, Shay's suffering ended and he left this world. Everyday since, we have missed him.

King
April 4, 2013 9:53 am Our boy King: 2001 - 2013 The intense gaze of perfectly almond shaped amber eyes are set deeply in his noble head. His velvet ears stand completely erect, certain of his surroundings at all times. This dog of keen intelligence, bold spirit and fierce loyalty entered our home and stole our hearts. His girth is intimidating; large boned svelte perfection of his breed that catches every eye and turns every head in his wake. Covered with a thick glossy coat of black, tan and sliver strands he could be the envy of any creature. His full, lush, graceful tail sweeps the room in display of his great joy being in the presence of his humans. He adores them, revels in every loving touch from them, waits patiently daily for them, looks to them for all things of comfort, follows their every step, delights at their feet in the night and never lets them far from his sight. This is our German Shepherd Dog named King. We rescued this outstanding senior boy from a life of loneliness and neglect. Our hearts are heavy as we lost our beloved King today. How we wish he could have come into our lives many years ago that he may have had the love and care he was so deserving of. However, we are grateful to have had a small portion of King’s life. We are confident that we shared the best and most important time with him, if a GSD remembers . . . we think they do. RIP sweet King.

Lady Bug
My Lady Bug passed away Jan 18 2013. She just had her birthday Dec 16th 2012. She is my hero can not say enough about her best fur baby ever. Love and miss you Lady Bug!

Eve
We rescued you on a cold, snowy December night...and you became part of our little family. You went to the rainbow bridge almost 7 years to the day later. We will miss you, till we meet again at the rainbow bridge. You run now, pain free. We love you, always. Blessed Be Eve.

Queen Terry
Yesterday we took a ride like so many times before only this time you did not drool on my arm or hang your head out of the window to enjoy the breeze. This time you were gently wrapped in a sheet and we delivered you to the vet. When we get you back, you will be in a box for us to remember you by. I miss you soooo much but I love you more and there's no more pain, your hips and tummy are now new. No doubt your in Heaven "on duty". Thank you for 14 years of love, protection and loyalty. Merry Christmas Queen, I hope you danced across that Rainbow Bridge Missy. I love you so much, to the moon and back again. Your spirit will live on in our hearts forever, until then........mama loves you baby girl.
