Date Posted: 10/23/2012 Spencer is a gorgeous 6 month old German Shepherd/Husky Mix. He is house-trained, crate trained, and has been professionally trained. He has all the great qualities of both of these breeds. He's incredibly intelligent and likes to be active. He also has the voice of a husky! His antics and personality will keep you entertained every day. Because he does possess these great qualities, he also needs a family/owner that will keep him active and entertained or he will get into trouble. He would do well with older kids who are familiar with large active dogs. He also likes to rough and tumble play with other dogs. He should NOT be placed with cats as he has a high prey drive. He has completed 5 weeks of Boarding School Training with K9 Solutions (www.nck9solutions.com). He knows all of his basic commands but needs a good leader to reinforce what he already knows.
