We support online giving via Paypal.  You do not need a PayPal account to donate and can choose instead to donate via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express). 

 

You can mail us a check payable to GSRA or we can always use gift cards to PetSmart, Petco, Amazon, and Chewy.

Any amount is helpful!  Below is a sample list of costs* of services that we typically provide to our dogs. 

 

• $60 provides basic vaccines for an adult dog

• $150 provides flea/tick protection for 10 dogs for a month

• $300 keeps 10 dogs heartworm free for 3 months

• $500 treats an adult heartworm positive dog

• $1,000 can spay/neuter 6 dogs

 

* These are average costs as some vets offer discounts to help rescues defray the cost of medications and treatments.

 

 

If you’d like to donate specifically to support our more complicated medical cases, directly fund a particular dog's medical care or make a donation In Memory Of a loving GSD from your past or present, please note on the donation form.  

 

Note: Any gifts that are given to offset the medical care of a specific animal will cover the immediate costs of care and any remaining amount will be applied to help other animals in similar circumstances and/or support the program needs.
