ALASKA ~ 1 year old. Good with kids, male dogs, and cats. Not good with female dogs.
Introducing the stunningly gorgeous Alaska!!!! She came to us after a Good Samaritan found her roaming in a known rural "dumping area". Hard to believe anyone would want to dump this girl. Despite threats of an impending Hurricane (that never ended up coming to NC) GSRA went and got her to safety. She has since been fully vetted, spayed, microchipped and heartworm tested (NEGATIVE. yay!) and given more love than she knows what to do with!! Alaska is awesome with cats, all children, large and smallish dogs (as long as they are male). She is crate and housetrained and knows not to get on the furniture (as long as you are watching!). She's a really sweet sweet girl who loves to have your hands all over her! What this beautiful girl really needs is to be the only female dog in the house. She currently lives with 2 females and 7 males, so she can get along but she can stir up trouble with pushy girls. Best to leave her as the only dog or with males only for everybody's peace of mind! Alaska needs an owner who "gets" her and loves her girly ways if ya know what I mean.
