ADOPTED ~10 years old. Good with kids. Dogs TBD. Not good with cats. (COURTESY LISTING) Date Posted: 8/8/2014 Hi from Katie and Hannah, We were adopted when we were older and thought that no one wanted us because we were no longer puppies. So we became very close as sisters and most of the time, people think we are identical twins if you don’t look close. We are such good friends that we even share the same food bowl and house even though our parents gave us each our own. Katie loves walking around with the food bowl in her mouth. She says she is auditioning to be the next Snoopy in the Charlie Brown comic strip! Hannah usually decides what we are going to be doing and Katie always follows except for when Hannah goes swimming in the pond. Katie just likes to watch the fish. Both of us are sweet and loving, not moody, can be playful, enjoy car rides, and love to be brushed. We did not grow up with children, but the few times we have been around them, we liked them and they really seemed to like us. We live outside in a very large yard and don’t ever go into the big house because our mom and dad have asthma which got worst in the latter years. We are great at the vets and love going so much that we jump in and out of the van without help and go right into the vets without having to be asked. We love to be walked, but need more training on a leash, so we mostly we just run in our fenced yard. When our parents are feeling well, they take us for a walk on our 9 acres and we get to swim in the pond. Our parents are not going to be able to take care of us anymore, although they have tried their best, and found us another good home with someone we knew. But that person’s circumstances changed and they could not take us. So our parents are hoping there is another good home for us out there.
