~3 years old. Good with dogs. Cats TBD. Not good with kids. (COURTESY LISTING) Date Posted: 2/11/14 Riggs is a beautiful 3 year old male that we recently rescued from a local shelter. He gets along great with our female shepherd mix; he is definitely the alpha. He is a calm, cuddly guy that likes to play fetch and go for walks on his leash. He happily sleeps in his crate and loves to chill on his doggy bed in the middle of everything. He is a wonderful, loyal dog that needs a home with no children. Our house is too busy in a dense neighborhood with our younger children and their friends coming and going. He has snapped at kids as they walk into our house, (never adults) or when startled. Riggs would probably be happier and less stressed in a quieter home since he seems most comfortable with adults. We LOVE this dog and want to make sure he finds his forever home.
