Hi! My name is Keelie and that means "Beautiful Princess" in Celtic! I am a princess too, just so you know. I love to be the center of attention. I also love to go on walks and explore new places, even hiking! My foster Mom doesn't like it too much when I explore the mud after it rains though. I have a very high prey drive and want very badly to chase after squirrels, cats, rabbits and even DEER. I will need a fenced in yard so I can run and play but am unable to chase critters and get myself lost somewhere. I like other dogs a lot and will want to try to wrestle-play with them.

I didn't like my crate very much at first but I started to really like my big sister's crate and my Foster Mom set my crate up like hers and now I like it much better! My Foster Mom says that is OK for me to only be in my crate when I want to because I'm potty trained and house broken so I don't chew on stuff or get into stuff I'm not supposed to in the house when I'm on my own. What I love the VERY most is to be close to my human. I would love to take naps at your feet while you watch TV or work on the computer. I am very smart...cunning even. I love to be kissed all over my face too!

I have discovered "BALL" and will 'work' for my ball which my foster Mom says is awesome for my training. I do "here" and "sit" so far for the ball, not FOOD! My foster Mom is very happy with this.


Note from Foster Mom: Keelie is a very special girl. She is a Husky, not a mix. She has high play and prey drive. She loves with every fiber of her existence and ALL she really wants at the end of the day is to be close to her human, and to be part of a pack. She is super duper sweet and any family would be very lucky to have her. She really is a little sugar plum and is too cute for her own good.
