Update: Tuffy here! so great to see my sister Anya again, she is looking very pretty and so happy!. I'm having a great time here with my foster family playing with my sisters and brother but what I really want is my own family. I love my foster siblings but sometimes they play rough and I do like to snuggle and chill! I gave my foster momma kisses on the ear tonight, it took me awhile to show affection but I kinda like it, momma gives me such good belly and ear rubs in return. I like to sneak up onto the couch and share some special time with foster Dadda!
Foster Momma here, Tuffy is really coming out of her shell and becoming her own dog! A very confident and playful gal. She has come a long way with the training, she knows most of the basic commands, now as with all pups we are in the chewing stage!! But don't let that stop you from meeting this gal, she is so smart that give her a toy and she is just as happy to chew on that than the flip flop! Give her a toy stuffed with peanut butter and she is even happier!!!
Let’s welcome GSRA’s newest little girl, she’s a cutie by the name of Tuffy (no disrespect to you NC State fans but this little gal would do you proud). This tiny pup was sitting in the kitchen all TOUGH after she wrestled and ran with the Big Dawgs the first day in her new foster home! Tuffy is already house and crate trained, although she will whimper when she wants out of the crate. We are working on walking on a leash but she does nicely with friendly encouragement and lots of ear rubs and good girls! She loves to run and play with her foster sisters and brother but she will come in the house and is content to grab a toy and play by herself also. Tuffy enjoys her outings and rides great in the car. Unlike her foster siblings, Tuffy will sit by your side during dinnertime and does not beg! Although she will steal your spot on the couch if you get up! She is a very quick study and has already learned the rules of the house. She is still a little nervous around new things but learns very quickly. She is an absolute adorable girl!
