~2-3 years old.  Good with kids and female dogs.  Not good with male dogs.  Cats TBD.  Needs a companion animal.

Akir is a very loving and playful fellow with a lot to offer. He is extremely smart and learns very fast. He still has a lot to learn in the manners department, but not terrible. He will need further training on his basic lead manners and has learned basic sit and wait very nicely. He is crate trained wonderfully but does not like being left in it for a long period of time alone. He has must have something to chew on when crated or he will try to find something, lol, if its close enough to the outer crate wall and it looks good he will try and make it fit thru. I do not leave him loose in the house unattended as of yet. He has not had any accidents and will ask to go out, however, he still tends to chew so he will need to continue crating until he learns the rules. Akir does very nicely with all my adult girls and loves, and I mean loves to run and play. I have one older fellow here and they don't always agree. I think he will be fine wit h one close to his age and shows no male dominance toward him. He's never tried to start a tussle but won't take it either. Akir does not like to be alone, so I feel he must have another companion. He is a very loving with all the adults and children he has met.
