• He turned 2 years old in August
• He is neutered
• He is a really sweet dog
• He listens very well
• LOVES, loves, loves to play and be loved on
• He needs proper supervised introductions to other dogs and would probably do best with no other dogs – or being the first dog at a home, and then being introduced to another dog……… He did great when we brought our other dog into the home as a puppy.
• He walks on a leash beautifully – never pulls (unless another dog comes around…., but he is controllable). He will walk right next to you when on leash.
• He does not dig
• He does not jump on people
• I cannot really say how he does with young children. The youngest he has ever been around is my nephew who is now 8 – and he loves my nephew! They play together all the time and my nephew falls all over him and Zeus never snaps or acts irritated. My nephew is the only young child he has ever been around though.
• We had a cat for the first year of Zeus’s life and he did fine with her too – have no idea how he would do with a cat today.
• He does not run off - he will stay right with you when not on a leash (as long as another dog does not come around)
• Zeus is an indoor dog! He loves to play outside, but he would be miserable as an outdoor dog……………. He is a “family” pet and wants to be around people……….. Please, please do not adopt him if he will not be an indoor dog………….
• ……. I will really miss him………….
We would gladly take him back if needed be once my daughter gets her own place to live, but that may be a while from now……….. unless I move before then and then I will gladly take him back!
