Date Posted: 9/27/2012 Duchess is a stray dog that was left in our neighborhood. She is very smart, and loves playing with other dogs. She is very shy around people but fun and playful once she gets comfortable with someone. We do plan to have her spayed in October and if she is adopted prior to being spayed, we will pay the vet bill to have that done by the new owner. We are unable to keep her because we don't have a fenced in backyard, and she isn't yet comfortable with being indoors. She needs a lot of attention and love as she is developing her social skills with people, an opportunity she wasn't given as a small puppy. Please consider giving this sweet girl a home!
