Max was found as a stray in the woods 8 months ago, current owners had him neutered. He is current on rabies and he is one healthy boy........ He gets along well with other dogs large and small, good with kids but because of his large size, we dont recommend he be with toddlers unsupervised. He's a very smart, loving, obedient German Shepherd but needs specialized attention. He is about 3 years old and may or may not be pure bred. He has the potential to make a very good companion to someone who has the knowledge and time to train him. He currently exhibits signs of separation anxiety (owners work away from the home) as well as a great fear of thunderstorms. He needs to be with a person or family who can either be home with him most of the time or take him with them when they go out. Owner loves the dog, just wants what is best for the dog...
