German Shepherd Dog / Spaniel / Mixed : : Male (neutered) : : Young

Date Posted: 6/1/2012 Angus is a healthy three year old German Shepherd mix. He is jet black with four white boots and a white star on his chest. Our daughter adopted him while in high school and has since left for college. Given our work schedule's and the demands of the younger children in the home we can not provide the exercise and time Angus needs. He is affectionate with family and close friends. He loves to play and run. Like all German Shepherds he is very protective of our home and persons. He is semi leash trained and fully house broken. He enjoys riding in the car and gets very excited when he gets to go on trips. He has never been around toddlers as all our children are in their teens. Angus did well with our older Collie who has since passed but she was in the home when Angus came to us. Angus has been living with us a little over a year. Angus weighs about 75 pounds. I will be happy to answer any questions and provide vet records for the time we have had Angus. He has the potential to be an awesome dog if given love and attention. He needs an owner who understands the breed and is able to complete his training. He will be a great addition the right family as he has all the qualities of the noble breed.
