Sophie is a breathtakingly beautiful dog. When we first got Sophie, she was very timid and any quick movements would surprise her. She is the type of dog that needs to earn your trust and warm up to you. With us, this didn’t take long at all, maybe a week or so. She bonded to my husband George immediatley and follows him everywhere... exhibiting one of the best know German Shepherd characteristics... loyalty! She LOVES riding in the car &is very good w/ our two male shepherds and our kitty cat! She also has a very fun, joyful side where sometimes she just sees you and comes running with abounding joy and love like she is just SO happy to see you! Sophie is a healthy dog who is agile and athletic. She doesn’t need a lot of exercise but she is a shepherd and loves to run. She has begun to pick up sticks and playfully chase the other dogs around. She also LOVES to sit on the couch. She is a very good eater, very loyal, inquisitive…. and a very special dog. Very proud. You think she is fragile by her petite stature, but she is regal and has a huge heart. Wanting so much to be loved and have a consistent home where she is the center of your attention. If you are patient but ready to have your heart stolen, you are ready to meet and fall in love with this gorgeous girl.
