Update: Hey, it's Kate again! I was out on trial, but now I'm back through no fault of my own. I need a home with a very playful puppy friend to keep me busy as I am a very active girl. I really like to hang out with Mommy most of the time, she says I'm her ghost. I don't know what that means, but where she goes, I go. Are you the kind of person who understands my breed because I am all Shepherd girl waaahoooooo and if you understand my breed, we'll get along fine! Come and meet me so I can show you what a great gal I am.

Original Bio: Hey there everybody! My name is Kate Moss (as in the waifish thin British model), so named because when I was picked up from the shelter by the GSRA I was so thin from being out on my own. I am on the small side anyway, but living on the streets was no fun! No one knows how long I was roaming the streets, not even me. It seemed like forever and I ran into some pretty hard times, no food, water, shelter and no one to love me and I had to struggle to survive every day. I was so scared and I didn't know what to do. Then a few weeks ago, some man took me to a place where there were a lot of other dogs in cages. I really hated it and I was very scared and alone and I cried and cried, but no one would listen to me. I didn't know what was going to happend to me and I was afraid I was going to be in that place forever. But then along came a nice lady who took me out of there and took me to her house. Her name is Cathie and I hung out at her house for a couple of days. Then another man and woman came to pick me up from her house and took me to their house. I was a very good girl during the ride and when I got to their house, I got to meet a whole pack of dogs like me. I was very scared and didn't know how to act for a little while, but my foster Mom and Dad were very sweet to me and could see that I was really a sweet loving girl just looking for a safe and loving place to live. I sleep in a crate at night and in the day time when my foster parents are away and I had to get used to that! At first, I didn't want to go in the crate and I would run and hide, but now, I go in there all by myself and it's a good place to sleep and rest! I get to play with 4 other dogs and even a big old black Tom cat. He's not so bad! My foster parents have been feeding me as much food as I will eat and I am very happy here. I got a bath, then got brushed and even got my nails trimmed. I didn't feel so well the first couple of days I was here with my foster Mom and Dad because my poor little body was so depleted. After a few days though I began to feel better and now I feel great!! I don't have heart worms and I am gaining my weight and my strength back. My foster Mommy fed me some raw meat! Wow, that was delicious and I hope I get some more. The other members of the pack love raw meat too! I wish I could stay here forever, but Mommy says she will find me a new family to live with, who will love and care for me just like they do here. So, I'm wondering if you can help me out and bring me home with you? I will make you laugh, give you lots of love, and be the best girl I can be. I have forgotten all the bad things that I've been through and my foster Mom says I am blooming more and more every day.
