Meet our sweet lover girl Hope!!

Hi there! I am a cute lil white GSD (ok...maybe a mix) of about 6 months old. I recently moved to a new Foster home and I LOVE it here. I have a 10 yr old GSD foster brother Harley and I am learning allot from him. He seems to get annoyed with me at times when I am constantly trying to jump all over him and cover him in kisses. But he puts me in my place if I get out of hand. What can I say I am a just a lover girl! Harley is teaching me all about this new game my foster parents call "fetch" and I am really beginning to enjoy the concept of chasing after those bright round things they throw for us. The 4 1/2 yr old little boy that lives here too is SO sweet, we have really become great friends. I like to follow him around just to see what he is up to. I do get a little excited at times and want to kiss him all over, but I listen really well when they use that word.....ummmm....oh yeah.....NO! Hee hee!

I just LOVE to plop down at my foster moms feet and fall asleep. I LOVE it when she massages and kisses me ("sigh" what a life)!! I also like to follow her into the kitchen and I lay quietly and watch her move about. She is the only other girl in the house so we have made an instant bond as girlfriends! I LOVE my foster Dad too. He is such a great teacher always getting me to do these really cool things like sit, lay down, OH and NO barking when I am not suppose to....ooops. I lay on the front porch every night with my foster parents while they water the grass. I just lay down behind them and snooze while enjoying the breeze. I am catching on very nicely, just ask my foster parents.

I do sleep all the way through the night with NO whining or barking (ok I do sneak out of my opened crate to lay on the floor next to my foster moms side of the bed) but I LOVE that they trust me enough to leave my crate open, trust me I had to earn it. I can tell I am really doing a great job.

Not to seem spoiled but I do like to have a couple toys to chew on. Otherwise I may find something inside or outside to chew on (after all I am still a pup). I have lots of toys here so I have not chewed up anything other than my own toys. My new foster parents sure have a long list of rules here but I really needed them. Now I feel like I know what I am suppose to do so I can grow into well-behaved GSD citizen. I may test them once or twice but after that I get it!! I am a really smart girl. I just can't wait to grow up and be just like my big brother Harley, he is such a sweet dog and a REALLY good listener too! So make sure you have your list of rules and share them with me when we meet. I bet ya a million bucks I can figure them all out.

My foster parents are teaching me all about house training, Leash walking, and basic commands. I am learning to sit now and its OH so fun!! I would love a doggy buddy in my new home and a yard to run around in and chase bugs and butterflies. I LOVE to be outside just to explore! Well, enough of this computer stuff.......I am off to enjoy the day.
