Hello, my name is Jerry Lee. That’s what they named me at the shelter because I know how to rock n’ roll. There I was in this noisy strange place not knowing what my future held. I just could not figure out why I was in this place but I knew it was no place for a noble GSD. For some reason I had this feeling if something did not happen soon this place might be my last memory.

Well, I don’t know if you believe in guardian angles but I know they exist because I have met them. One day they showed up at the shelter and they wanted to meet me. The next thing I knew I was in this loving foster home with three other German Shepherd Dogs. There was Sharkie an old guy of 14 years who did not seem to appreciate an energetic young dog like me, but there were two young guys named Enzo and Elvis that knew how much fun it was to run and play. Elvis and I looked like identical twins and Elvis even knew how to rock n’ roll too. He also got his name at some other animal shelter. This was a great place for a GSD but I knew it was not big enough for two kings of rock n’ roll so I was still uncertain what my future held. But my foster parents said not to worry it was big enough until I found a forever home.

This is Jerry Lee’s foster dad. Jerry Lee is a young boy my guess is somewhere around eighteen months. He has a lot of energy and still has some of that puppy mischief. He gets along fine with the other dogs. I don’t know about cats but he gets very excited when he sees one. He is fine around our three year old granddaughter so kids should be ok but remember he is a big strong boy with a lot of energy. He and the other boys have free reign in the house and Jerry Lee has not had any accidents. He knows basic commands but needs some more leash time. To some it up Jerry Lee is a wonderful sweet boy who will make some lucky family a loyal and loving companion. So how about it, do you feel lucky?
