Daizy May is our resident butterfly/bug chaser! Her favorite past-time is to lay in the yard in a sunny patch and wait for a bug or bird to fly by so that she can chase it or it's shadow. She is a laid back girl that is looking for a loving home that can provide some leadership. Daizy will get nervous and take actions into her own paws if her owner isn't an obvious leader. Daizy is well mannered and completely house broken and past the age of indiscriminate chewing, barking, and jumping. She is so proud to prance around, tail wagging with a toy or ball in her mouth. Daizy loves to go on long walks and snuggle on the couch afterwards. She is living with three small humans (ages 3-8) and enjoys waking them up in the morning by licking their faces.

Daizy May walks well on leash and will sit for you to attach her leash and to go out the door. She will react to some other dogs on walks but is easily redirected by her handler. She has lived with and is currrently living with another dog (Hollie) but once again needs a firm and obvious human leader when meeting potential friends or house-mates. Depending on the dog, Daizy could enjoy living with another dog. Daizy will try to rid your yard of small intruders such as, squirrels and cats. She exhibits some typical herding behavior with both dogs and children.

Daizy will bond strongly with her people she is one of those special dogs that you can gaze into thier eyes and feel like they are touching your soul and know all your secrets. She is just looking for a happy forever home to share her love and companionship.
