Popeye was great dog that did not belong in a shelter. I brought him home and he continues to amaze me with his intelligence and personality. This dog was once someones baby! He has the air of a dog that deserves full attention and he has not stopped looking for his prior owner. He is will come when called but he needs work with other obedience.
